KINOVO FOR YOUR CLUB

Safeguarding is part of the product.

Clear boundaries for communication and a focus on personal progress help make Kinovo a supportive environment for children.

KINOVO

Adult-child contact has boundaries.

The backend restricts direct contact between adults and children. Where coaches or youth leaders are allowed to communicate with a child, linked guardians can read those conversations. Their visibility is disclosed in the chat; they do not write as the child.

KINOVO

Progress without comparison.

Kinovo+ focuses on a child’s own progress, rather than a public ranking against other children. Nutrition activities focus on everyday habits. Weight, calories and body measurements are not part of the Kinovo+ concept.

KINOVO

Participation is a choice.

The club chooses whether to activate Kinovo+. Parents choose whether their child participates and can disable participation for an individual child. Ordinary training participation remains separate.

KINOVO

No open contact spaces.

Kinovo is built around club membership, rather than public spaces where strangers can approach children. Children are not shown advertising or child-targeted sponsored content in Kinovo+ or the knowledge area.

KINOVO

Report a concern.

Contact kinovo@kinovo.at or +43 664 75477100 if you notice behaviour or a feature that conflicts with these principles. Include enough detail for us to investigate, without sharing unnecessary personal data.
